Jay leads Duncan Frazier and sets the standard for every project we take on. He works with clients from the first conversation, helping shape the vision for a custom home, remodel, or addition and making sure it’s built the right way. He believes great homes are built by great people, so he puts a lot of care into the team behind each one.
Garrett Bushman
CFO
Garrett keeps the business side of every project clear and on track. He handles budgets, financials, and the numbers behind the build, so clients know where things stand and the team can focus on great work. Transparent communication starts with him.
